Infiniment Espresso celebrates the pure taste of black coffee. It begins with Colombian Arabicas grown with care in Tolima, a region we are discovering more of. Benefiting from high altitude, volcanic soils, shade trees and the quality preserved by selective hand-picking, Tolima coffees offer so much for the roaster to play with. Following a balanced roast, this one brings red fruit and cereal notes to the palate with a smooth body which complements its fine acidity.
