Kaluga Sturgeon Caviar, Amber – Malossol, Farm Raised.

These mild, buttery, large pearly grains come from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon, the second-largest freshwater fish in the world! Kaluga spends much of its time in saltwater, making it extremely similar to Beluga. Its grains have a crunchy texture, which can be separated easily from one another.

We’re thrilled to have such a close alternative to those who love Beluga caviar. This caviar has large, firm pearls and a mellow, buttery taste.
